I am an engineering and product leader working at the intersection of AI, architecture, and organisational transformation. With over 14 years of experience, my work centres on one question: how do organisations actually leverage technology — not just adopt it?
At Mercedes-Benz.io, I lead the Engineering Managers Community of Practice and drive the shift from feature-driven delivery to AI-native, platform-centric operating models. That means translating strategic opportunity into architecture, governance frameworks, delivery systems, and cultural change — at scale, across hundreds of engineers.
HumanAI is where I think out loud about what I see in the field. Each issue explores a specific tension that leaders face when AI enters the room — not the hype, but the real friction between human judgment and machine capability. My background in neuroscience, psychology, and organisational behaviour shapes how I look at these questions: always through the lens of people, not just systems.
